L&B Opens Office in Washington, DC
Landrum & Brown (L&B), the global leader in aviation planning and development, has opened an office in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to better support its clients. The office is located at 2201 Cooperative Way, Suite 200, in Fairfax County.
Michael Tubridy, an Associate Vice President with over 20 years’ experience in global aviation planning and management, leads the office. He is joined by Lee Brown and Celia Fremberg, who are also Associate Vice Presidents. Brown, a nationally known, award-winning expert in airspace design and the evolution of air traffic operations, has been consulted on or directly involved with most of the major airspace projects conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) since 1998. Fremberg, who is highly respected in the international arena, assists clients with securing program funding and training with federal agencies such as the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).
