L&B Associate Vice President Jim Little Returns to U.S.
Landrum & Brown (L&B), a global leader in airport and aviation planning, is excited to announce that Jim Little, Associate Vice President, is relocating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to a new L&B office in Tampa, FL. The strategic move will enable L&B to expand its presence in the Southeastern United States and offer a global talent to clients throughout the Americas.
In 2013, Little joined L&B as the Regional Director of South East Asia after having worked in both the consulting and airport management sector.
He began his career with the FAA and has over 30 years of airport planning experience at some of the world’s busiest and top-ranked airports.
Little has led the planning for many international airports with passenger capacity of 30 million passengers per annum or more, including Melbourne, Al Maktoum, Hong Kong, Incheon, Singapore Changi, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai Pudong, Shenzhen Bao’an, Beijing Capital, Hangzhou Xiaoshan and Dubai. He also has experience working on U.S. international airports such as Baltimore/Washington, Newark, Salt Lake City and Portland.
Prior to joining L&B, Little was the Senior Manager of Facility Planning and Service Standards at the Airport Authority Hong Kong. This experience has given him a full understanding of airport planning from the perspective of an award-winning airport operator.

Little holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning and Urban Development from Eastern Michigan University. His areas of expertise include terminal system facility planning, airfield system planning and airport operational planning.
