Winfield S. Beyea Joins L&B as VP

We are pleased to announce the addition of Winfield (Win) Beyea to Landrum & Brown (L&B). Win brings 36 years of airport master planning and terminal planning at over 100 airport projects throughout the U.S. and abroad. His expertise extends to facility and terminal planning and programming, airfield and roadway conceptual layout, land use, airspace analysis, implementation programs, public involvement, and client and agency liaison. He has held key management responsibilities for assignments at more than 60 air carrier airports, 45 general aviation and reliever airports, and six aviation system plans. He has worked extensively in Europe and the Pacific Rim as well as throughout the United States. Specific expertise includes airfield geometric planning and demand/capacity and delay reduction assessments, terminal planning and space programming including apron utilization and aircraft circulation analyses, and landside facilities planning such as cargo facilities, maintenance facilities, automobile parking and airline facilities. As Vice President of Facilities and Operations, he will manage our new office in Tampa, Florida.
